I am filing a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Can Someone purchase a vehicle for me and have it titled in my name right after my Bankruptcy is filed?

Yes, someone could do that, but I think you'd probably have to disclose it to the bankruptcy court. I also think you should talk about this idea with a bankruptcy attorney before you do any of this, to make sure you and "someone" don't end up being charged with conspiracy to commit fraud on your creditors.
