It would depend. After January 1, 2012 the minimum wage in the state of Arizona is $7.65. Now, certain small businesses are exempt under the law from having to page the minimum wage. The exemption is tied to whether or not they are subject to the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and gross revenues. I would contact your state Department of Labor and ask with the particualrs of your situation. Good luck.
