We are not married according to our countries family laws. I am from Russia; my husband is Turkish.

If you and your spouse are legally married in this country and desire a dissolution I suggest that you simply consult with a family law attorney to file for a dissolution in the county and state where you reside. There is nothing preventing your from getting a dissolution based upon what you have written.
