We had a loan with a financial lender and they garnished my husband’s wages but the garnishment was paid months ago. How can this be?

Unless the judgment against you or your husband has been paid off in full and is fully satisfied then under the laws of all states in this country the judgment creditor can continue to garnish your husband's paycheck until the debt is paid off.
