If my girlfriend started the divorce with her ex-husband before I came into her life and now she asked me to move with her, is it a good thing to do right now?

It could affect what she will receive in the divorce, since even if you are not married to her, if you and she are living together, you will therefore either paying or are available to pay living expenses i.e. you will change her cost of living and need for support. It is most likely better to NOT move in until the divorce has been finalized--though for a more definitive answer, she should consult with a divorce attorny in detail about the situation.
