No lease, he got a girlfriend and she wants me out so he is pressuring me to move
out. I don’t want to move.

Until you are officially divorced or you enter into a formal separation agreement which addresses the issue of the right to occupancy regarding the house/apartment, it remains the "joint marital residence". This means that you both have equal rights to live there. This is true no matter whose name is on the lease.
