If we signed paperwork at the bank for our housenstating how much our closing costs would be, can that be changed now?
We are a week from closing and they are saying our closing costs are going to be alot more. Are they legally bound to the original agreement?

Take what you have to an attorney to review. A "good aith estimate" is not the closing statement and can indeed differ. But with out reading what you signed it is difficult to guide you here. An attorney can help you figure out the matter. Good luck.
