What are my rights?
I live with my elderly mother to help take of her and the house. All of my
personal belongings are located in the same house. I am not executor on her will.
When she passes away what are my rights?

Your motheer's Will determines just what your rights are. If it gives you the house then it's yours; if it doesn't then you have no rights to it. For now and up until the estate is settled, the executor is in charge of the house and so it is up to them whether or not you can remain in it. As to your personal items, they are yours to take.
