What are my rights as a debtor to a finance company?
Company collected collateral without giving fair amount of time to make reasonable arrangements. After selling the collateral I received notice stating I had a set date to bring loan current before they collected the rest of my collateral. The day I received the notice my collateral was taken from private property without permission from property owner who told them to leave?

Your rights concerning the loan that you are writing about would be set forth within the loan agreement for the loan. I suggest that you carefully read the terms of your loan in that its terms and conditions control the obligations owed to you by the lender and vice versa in the absence of conflicting state law.
I suggest that you read the loan carefully especially with respect to the terms concerning the collateral for it. After you have read it, I suggest that you consult with an attorney experienced in lending law in this country.
