1) First, the same restrictions as filming anyone else: other than for use in a litigation (e.g. a lawsuit or to defend against criminal charges), you may not display, publish, etc. the video without the officer's consent.
2) Second, if the filming interferes with police operations, you would face charges for interfering with a police officer.
