What are the rules about free time and the 1 day counting as 2 if you have good behavior in Clinton County Indiana?
I am on house arrest for 45 days and was just curious because I have been told by several people about these issues and can’t seem to find an answer on the Internet.

Under county rules of most jurisdictions per court sentencing requirements if one is sentenced to jail for a crime, due to court congestion if an inmate is on good behavior for every day he or she is a model prisoner, that person gets a credit for each day served as a reduction of the sentence.
For example, if one was sentenced to 20 days in jail after 10 days that person possibly could be released.
