There are two ways to get sole physical custody of your minor child. The first is to have the other parent sign a stipulation prepared by a family law attorey allowing such subject to a court order and file it with the local county clerk's office. The other way is to file a petition with the court clerk's office seeking what you want and let the court make the decision. I suggest that a family law attorney be retained to help you in such a matter.
