If the 21 year old person was at a party where underage drinking went on where an underage person left the party, had an accident and a person dies, you should have no personal issues if you did not furnish the alcohol to the underage person who was in the accident.

However, if you provided alcohol at the party, there could very well be some negative fall out for you where you could be charged with supplying a minor with alcohol and potentially a manslaughter charge stemming from the fatality.
