What can I do about a neighbor reaching across a fence and cutting trees that are on my property?

I went out this morning and noticed the lady next door had reached across the fence and cut out trees that were growing in 3 different spots; they were on my property. Are there any legal ramifications I can check out? I took videos of where she cut and the dead stuff that was laying on her side of the fence.

You could sue your neighbor for trespass.  Trespass is the entry on to the land owned by another without consent or legal privilege.

Your damages (the amount of monetary compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit) for trespass would be based on the damage to your property due to the loss of the trees.
