I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. I suggest making an appointment with human resources or the manager to let them know that you are not taking this matter lightly. If there is no response, then you need to decide whether you want to continue working there or not. If you do not care to work there, then file a lawsuit against the employer and the person that harrassed you. You certainly have a claim. Hire a lawyer to take action.
