Assuing that you can offer proof of the hours that you worked but for which you were'nt paid, you have 2 options to collect. You can seither sue your former employer in small claims court (if you think that it is worth the costs associated with such a suit)) and/or you can file a wage claim complaint with your state's department of labor.
