What do I do if I am not being paid the vacation pay money that I am entitled to?
About 1 1/2 months ago I left my old job. My ex-employer isn’t paying me the vacation pay money I am owed. She said that she would have it transferred into my account, and never ended up doing so, and after that she screens my calls, ignores my texts, voice mails and phone calls. I had been employed there a month under a year. I have already filed a complaint with the labor board but it will not be attended to for about 8-12 weeks. What are my options.

From what you have written about you not being paid vacation pay post termination from work at your last job, you have essentially done all you can do to get paid what you believe is owed you since you have already filed a complaint with the labor board.
What you now have to do is simply wait for your hearing and be prepared to make your case. Make sure you have all your paper work in order to prove your entitlement to the unpaid vaction pay.
