What do I do if the lawyer handling fmy father’s estate is not returning my calls or emails?

My father passed away 9 months ago and the Will was sent to me 4 months ago. In the Will it says I receive his car, and possibly a boat. I have tried contacting the lawyer handling my father’s estate for over 2 months but he has never called or emailed me back; I still have no news. I feel as something unfair is going on. I am in one state this is all happening in another; I have no financial means to hire a lawyer. What do I do?

I would keep trying to reach out to the attorney.  In the meantime, you may want to call the Florida Bar and ask if they can help.  If something hasn't happened to him, and he isn't otherwise incapacitated, a letter from the Bar should get him to respond.
