"Amended" means that the original affidavit filed by this person has been changed, added to, or revised in some way, such as if additional information was discovered since it was first filed. "First" because this is the first amended or revised version of this affidavit--there may be no further or later changes, but if there are, they will be the "Second," then "Third," etc. Amended Affidavits.
