Are you sure that you remembered all the words here? Is it pre trial misdemeanor diversion program that you are talking about? There are programs that states put in to effect to allow those that have been arrested under certain misdemeanors to qualify for a special program and avoid conviction of the offense. This is a good thing to talk with your lawyer about. If I got it wrong then please write back.
