What happens if non-union member joins a strike?
I am a non-union public school teacher and currently the union is in strike. I thought morally the right thing to do is to join the strike. So the third day of the strike is over and nothing seems to be resolving. I wonder if and
when everything is settled the school district would fire me?

They can terminate you if you are not in the union: non-union members have no right to refuse to work, miss work, etc. and may be terminated for doing so unless they have a personal employment contract (i.e. one directly between them and the employer) protecting their job in this circumstance. Otherwise, since you are not in the union, you do not receive the protections afforded union employees.
