They were given the victim’s name and the violator’s name. Also, a teacher did not report the incident.

In may states - Louisiana being one of them - failure of a mandatory reporter to report suspicions of abuse (sexual or otherwise) can subject the mandatory reporter to jail time. Harsher penalties can result if the abuse is sexual in nature. Please go and seek help from another mandatory reporter such as a school social worker or doctor. Good luck.
