What is considered false information in a police report?

The cop who stopped me left out of his report the fact that he had followed me from a bar I left which he had been parked outside of. Instead he said he noticed me driving down the highway swerving inside my lane which is not the case whatsoever.

Omitted information is not necessarily false, so that if you were weaving on the highway, his report is true. (You write that you were not, but if he testifies that you were, it would be for the court to decide who was telling the truth--and they almost always believe the officer.) And if you were swerving, weaving, etc. that would justify the stop.
