What is the agreement called when I want a company to work exclusively with me in a certain market?
I own a small fundraising company and would like to have my supplier sign a
contract stating he cannot work with anyone in the fundraising industry
personally. If they would like his products or services they would need to go
through me. This way a ‘big Box’ fundraising company cannot just come in and
buy him out and render me useless.

The agreement is called a non-competitive agreement. It has to be reasonable in terms of geographic proximity, scope and duration.
If it is overbroad and is the subject of a legal challenge, a court can modify it by limiting its geographic proximity, scope and duration.
