"Uncontested" generally means that the matter is agreed to by both of the parties involved (the parents). Or at least that is what it means to me. Is that correct here? If you are in agreement to everything and the court is satisfied that both parties are aware of their rights and have been advised of same, then it should really not take more than one day in court to have the agreement signed off by a Judge. Then there is the reducing it to an order and entering the order portion but that comes later. Good luck.
