What is the duty of an executor?
There are several children, 4 being co-executors. Most children want to sell the family property at a reduced price to a family member but 1 executor wants the most money for the property. Do the heirs who are not executors have any voice in the final decision? The final wishes were verbally expressed to many family members for the property to stay in the hands of a family member but it is not included in the final Will.
