Arizona is a Community Property States, meaning that all property that was acquired during the marriage will be split by a court 50/50 if the parties can not come to an agreement that splits it otherwise.  When you say "what portion of the income" do you mean spousal support?  That is not "automatic" in Arizona and is decided by the court, based on a number of different factors, on a case by case basis.  Support can be temporary - to get you back on your feet - or permanent depending on your situation.  Savings is assumed marital if the money was contributed during the marriage and his pension as well.  You need to seek help from an attorney in your are on the matter.  Good luck.
