What is the worse that could happen to me if I stop the payments after file a Chapter 13?
I paid 3 years of a Chapter 13. I find that I have too tight a budget to keep paying. I asked them to recalculate my payments and that is still too much. What happens to me and my credit if I stop making the payments?
