What rights do I have as beneficiary?
I was the trustee and beneficiary of a friend’s irrevocable trust. The friend has been determined incapacitated and due to complications with others I gave up powers of trustee to a professional fiduciary who is now the conservator.

You are entitled to the trust distribution, whenever the trustee wants to distribute. You can request an accounting and hold the trustee liable if there is a breach of trustee duties.
