This is a question best dealt with in the context of what happened. But generally speaking, toxology reports should indeed be "discoverable" in a criminal proceeding and if the lab work was done by ADFS then you can request a certified copy by using their form.

As for the black box report, that too should be discoverable. The rules of discovery generally require that all demands be made in writing. Your lawyer should know what to do.
