What’s happens with my commercial lease if I sell my business?
Is there any particular protection attached to a commercial lease like in France, where the lessee cannot be kicked out from his commercial premise without getting a certain sum of money from the lessor? Can the commercial lease be sold as part of the business assets?

Read your lease to set if it permits assignment without the LL consent. I doubt it.
