What should I expect regarding a possession and paraphenila charge?
I was recently stopped by local police officers and got caught with a usable amount of marijuana and paraphanila. The amount of marijuana was probably not enough to do anything and the bowl was only used with legal spices. I wanted to know what possibly I could be looking at for a charge?

If you were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, this is typically a misdemeanor offense.
