If you don't show up to court for your divorce, the answer to your question will depend on if you are the one petitioning for divorce or responding to the divorce. If you are the petitioner, the action will most likely be dismissed. If you are the respondent, the court will grant whatever it can legally grant and asked for by the petitioner. If you are the respondent and you do not show, you have defaulted. All the petitioner has to do is show that proper service was made, and then he or she will be all set.
