When a temporary restraining order has been issued, is the respondent allowed to contact the witnesses who signed a declaration in the order?
Since the respondent is not allowed to come near me or communicate with me in any way, is he still allowed to call the people who added a declaration to my order?

Unless the TRO is specific to prohibit sucha conduct, the respondent is free to contact other witnesses.
