All that is there is the check number and the name of the bank.

The best thing that you can do concerning the petition that you have written about is to give the court as much information as you can concerning the petition you are filing and the court number of when the minor's conservatorship was established. include all bank acocunt numbers as well for the conservatorship and the bank's location for the petition.
