Technically, you and your parents (legal guardian) are responsible for paying the medical bills that you incurred when you were a minor presently under the laws of all states. However, most creditors seek payment from the parent of guardian of the minor for treatment for medical bills incurred when the person treated was a minor.
When you turn 18, you will be responsible for them then as you are now. Good question.
