In your state, even if the divorce itself is not contested, there still needs to be an equitable distribution of assets. If this has already been handled and you and your spouse have this division in writing, you still have 60 days after your complaint has been filed for the court to hear your matter. If you have counsel or even if you're pro se (represent yourself), you need to consider petitioning for the court to see if there is a way to waive out of the full 60 days.
