When you live with someone for a really long time, is that considered a marriage?
How would a divorce work? Just the process of a quick divorce, we have no children nor been formally married. I live in a common law marriage state.

No, just living together for a long time is not considered a marriage, even in a common law state. You have to hold yourself out as married and ther are various factors that the courts look at to determine if that has been done: filing joint tax retuns, telling people you are married, holding joint accounts, etc., can be some of those factors. Good luck.
