Where do I file for divorce? His state or mine?

Trying to divorce my husband but I moved states.He still lives in the original
state but not in the same county in which we filed our marriage certificate nor
the same county we married or lived in. Where do I file? His state or mine?

You can file for divorce in the county in which either you or your spouse is a legal resident of. Where you filed your marriage certificate or previously lived or has no bearing on this.
