I don't understand your question. White Collar Crime is not acceptable. The penalties are less in many circumstances due to the type of injury such crimes cause unlike injuries to a person like murder or rape. In many other circumstances (think Madoff and Ponzi scheme), the penalties in the aggregate may be more.
