Most likely an arrest warrant where there was no underlying conviction resulting from the arrest warrant will not show up in a person's pre-employment background check in a state different from where the arrest warrant was issued.
However, if the arrest warrant arose from a failure to appear on a charge or a violation of probation of a conviction the underlying conviction most likely will show up on a person's background check regarding a pre-employment search concerning employment.
