If a Will was drafted in another state, will recognize in your new state?
Testator was a NY resident when Will was drafted and is now a FL resident. Will the probate court accept it?

Typically, if a Will was valid in the state in which it was executed, it will be held valid in a new state of residence. That having been said, there are other things to consider. Here is a link that will explain in more detail:
