Will I be able to travel to Vietnam and to come back to the U.S. with a green card?
I am a legal permanent resident. I want to travel to Vietnam during the
summer. I will be back when school starts, but I am not sure if it’s okay. I
heard that people with green cards still have to face difficulty when coming
back to the U.S.

If you have a green card there should not be any issues for you to return after international travel. There is no way to know what will be the state of things in the summer but i don't anticipate it wil be.
