If you failed to attend your probation appointment because you were in the emergency room at the hospital, most likely you could be facing a situation where you will be deemed to have violated your conditions of probation which could have a negative impact for you.

I suggest that you or a family member immediately contact your probation officer over what happened and provide him or her written proof that you were in the hospital the day and time of the probation appointment. Follow up with written confirmation keeping a copy of the letter for future use.

Good luck.
