I was cited for an Extreme DUI, but ended up with the state dropping the extreme, and pled guilty to a regular DUI with minimum penalties.

In Arizona, a court will order that you have an interlock device installed if you are convicted of Extreme DUI or you have a second or subsequent DUI conviction.
