Will is not being honored
Before my dad passed away he left a will, I was named the representative, The
will went thru probate with a 50/50 split of the house, At the time we decided
to make it a rent house, but the other party is hiding where the money is and
will not give me bank statements or my half of the money being made…. what can
I do

You can sue him or her for the money. If you are 50-50 owners, you are each entitled to 50% of the income (or proceeds, if you were to sell the house) from the home. In the lawsuit, you will have access to legal mechanisms (i.e. "discovery": document requests, written questions or interrogatories, depositions) to find out where the money is, how much there is, etc. The court can order that they pay you your share.
