Is my son still be the beneficiary of my ex-husband’s Will?

My son is in jail. I was wondering if since he is the beneficiary of my ex’s Will, would my ex’s family be able to get what is his?

Being incarcerated does not disqualify a person from inheriting; there are no such legal restrictions of a beneficiary. Your son id entitled to all that was left to him in his father's Will.
