Work environment
I work for the Japanese American company and I was pure pressured to go drink with the president of the company once a week. I don’t get paid for it and they made me drink knowing that I have to drive to get home. When I don’t drink he gets really angry so I cannot say no.Is there anything I can do?

Tell your boss that you are taking medication for something wrong with you (make something up) and that the medication you are on prohibits your from drinking or you can die. This way the boss does not want to take arisk that his employee dies as a result of his directions which you have no real choice to not follow as you will lose you job if the boss doesnt like you for not drinking with him.
