Would it be faster to apply for and obtain a spousal visa or a fiance visa?
My fiance is Guatemalan and I want to know how would be the fastest way to get him here to the US, if we should marry there in Guatemala and apply for a spousal visa or if it would be better to apply for a fiance visa and get married here?

These days the processing times for the spouse visa and fiance visa are about the same. Both take about 9-12 months from start to issuance of the visa at the US Embassy/Consulate abroad, so you can plan accordingly and decide what course of action is most appropriate for your family situation.
